Baby Handprint Halloween Cards

Hello there! This week I prepared 3 articles about witches, phantoms, pumpkins and more as next week it’s Halloween. We will start the week with a post about handmade cards with baby handprint inspiration.

As this is Arianna’s first Halloween, I wanted to create some cards for our neighbours, but using her small hands as my main inspiration. I searched Pinterest as well to get inspired and I got six designs very easy to make.

As Arianna does not have a lot of patience for me to use her as my model, I took her hand print on a piece of cardboard, cut it to size and used that to create my cards. I used blank cards from Poundland (they come 15 in a pack with envelopes and all), some marker pens and … that’s it!

You can create anything you want, you can use all sort of materials, add glitter or feathers, play with paint or stones. I kept it simple as my Arianna is very, very demanding lately and my time did not allow me to go more in depth, but this project has a great potential with a very small budget! Here are my designs!

Have fun creating your cards and share some of your pictures with us in the comments section below!

On Wednesday I will post some ideas of Halloween decorations on a budget, so if you want to be notified when the post will be published don’t forget to subscribe with your email address and like the Facebook page. If you liked the article I would appreciate your feedback!

Have a great week and see you all on Wednesday!

Stay safe,
Flo

Hi! My name is Flo and I am the mum of Arianna. I enjoy doing crafts with my kid and writing. I have started this blog to combine the two and to help others as well to get ideas and embrace motherhood the way I did. As a full time working mum, I do have struggles, and finding the balance between family and career is still a big issue for me. My blog reflects my struggles and shares the tips I have learnt along my journey, plus a lot of crafts and activities. Please leave your feedback in comments and subscribe if you like my content. Have fun scrolling through my posts!
